Two friendly girls looking for someone to take a single
room in a bright, clean, non-smoking and very girlie
house in a very safe and quiet area of Terenure (close to
Harold's Cross). All mod cons!

The house is conveniently situated close to a variety of
bus stops (16/A, 49, 83, 18, 19A, 17 and 15). There is
also car parking space either in the driveway or around
the green right outside the house.

We're looking for another girl in her mid to late twenties
preferably to move in at the start of September when the
other housemate jets off to the Caribbean. This would
suit a professional or a postgrad/mature student.
